Sir John Kingston James, 2nd Bt. was born on 26 February 1815.1 He was the son of Sir John Kingston James, 1st Bt. and Charlotte Rebecca Cash.1 He married Frances Isabel Wilkinson, daughter of John Wilkinson and Judith Brasier, in 1839.2 He died on 23 March 1893 at age 78, without issue.1
He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was appointed Knight on 22 February 1854.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet James, of the city of Dublin [U.K., 1823] on 28 January 1869.2
