     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Queen's County.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th BAttalion, Leinster Regiment.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Gamon, of Minchenden, co. Middlesex [G.B., 1795] on 16 August 1903.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Queen's County in 1907.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Dublin.¹
