     Sir Valentine Raymond Grace, 5th Bt. was born on 21 January 1877.1 He was the son of Sir Percy Raymond Grace, 4th Bt. and Margaret O'Connor.1 He married Mildred Mary Eustace Jameson, daughter of John Eustace Jameson, on 21 July 1900.1 He died on 3 May 1945 at age 68.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Queen's County.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th BAttalion, Leinster Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Gamon, of Minchenden, co. Middlesex [G.B., 1795] on 16 August 1903.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Queen's County in 1907.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Dublin.1
