     Ellen Orde married Alan Legge Gardner, son of Alan Hyde Gardner and Jane Shikoh Nawab Jane Akhtar uz-Zamani Begum Sahiba, Majli Begum, in 1918.¹
     From 1918, her married name became Gardner.¹

     Edward Zemindar Gardner was born on 24 October 1838.¹ He was the son of Stewart William Gardner and Jane Gardner Harmuzi Begum Sahiba.¹ He married Mary (?) on 12 March 1879.¹ He died on 6 November 1920 at age 82.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Meerut Light Horse.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Bengal Yeomanry Cavalry.¹

     Mary (?) married Edward Zemindar Gardner, son of Stewart William Gardner and Jane Gardner Harmuzi Begum Sahiba, on 12 March 1879.¹ She died on 2 October 1900.¹
     From 12 March 1879, her married name became Gardner.¹

     Charles van Straubenzee Gardner was born on 20 October 1883.¹ He was the son of Edward Zemindar Gardner and Mary (?)¹ He married Ellen Gardner, daughter of William Rickards Gardner and Emma Shikoh, on 4 August 1900.¹ He died in January 1951 at age 67.¹

     Ellen Gardner was born on 18 January 1883.¹ She was the daughter of William Rickards Gardner and Emma Shikoh.¹ She married Charles van Straubenzee Gardner, son of Edward Zemindar Gardner and Mary (?), on 4 August 1900.¹ She died in July 1951 at age 68.¹

     Henry Gardner was born on 15 November 1911.¹ He is the son of Charles van Straubenzee Gardner and Ellen Gardner.¹ He married Emma Gardner, daughter of Harry Gardner, in 1941.¹

     Emma Gardner is the daughter of Harry Gardner.¹ She married Henry Gardner, son of Charles van Straubenzee Gardner and Ellen Gardner, in 1941.¹

     David Francis Gardner was born in 1945.¹ He is the son of Henry Gardner and Emma Gardner.¹

     Charles Straubenzee Gardner was born in 1951.¹ He is the son of Henry Gardner and Emma Gardner.¹
