Peter Snodgrass and Charlotte Agnes Cotton, on 1 October 1885 at All Saints Church, St. Kilda, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.2 He died on 23 August 1944 at age 86.1
He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was awarded the Royal Officers' Decoration (V.D.)1 He was educated at Melbourne Church of England Grammar School, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.2 He was commander of the 11st Australian Light Horse Regiment (Victorian Mounted Rifles) in 1903.2
