     Jean de Laval, seigneur de La Roche-Barnard et de Belisse was born on 14 February 1437 at Redon, France.¹ He was the son of Guy XIV de Laval, Comte de Laval and Isabelle de Bretagne, Dame de Mauron.¹ He married Jeanne de Perrier, baronne de Quintin, daughter of Tristan de Perrier, baron de Quintin and Isabeau de Montauban, on 24 February 1470.¹ He died on 14 August 1476 at age 39.¹

     Jeanne de Perrier, baronne de Quintin was the daughter of Tristan de Perrier, baron de Quintin and Isabeau de Montauban.¹ She married Jean de Laval, seigneur de La Roche-Barnard et de Belisse, son of Guy XIV de Laval, Comte de Laval and Isabelle de Bretagne, Dame de Mauron, on 24 February 1470.¹ She died from 1504 to 1505.¹

     Tristan de Perrier, baron de Quintin married Isabeau de Montauban, daughter of Guillaume de Montauban, seigneur de Montauban, de Landal et de Linières and Bona de Visconti.¹ He died on 24 December 1482.¹

     Isabeau de Montauban was born in 1416.¹ She was the daughter of Guillaume de Montauban, seigneur de Montauban, de Landal et de Linières and Bona de Visconti.¹ She married Tristan de Perrier, baron de Quintin.¹ She died in 1484.¹

     Guillaume de Montauban, seigneur de Montauban, de Landal et de Linières married Bona de Visconti, daughter of Carlo Visconti and Beatrice d'Armagnac, on 22 August 1411.¹ He died in 1432.¹
