     Mary Rachel Delap was born in 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Foster Delap and Hon. Anna Elizabeth Skeffington.¹ She died in 1924.¹

     Arthur Stiebel was born on 27 February 1875 at London, England.¹ He was the son of Daniel Charles Stiebel and Ada Juliana Lousada.¹ He married Frances Emma Lucas, daughter of Henry Lucas and Alice Julia Montefiore, on 24 April 1906 at West London Synagogue, Upper Berkeley Street, London, England.¹ He died in 1949 at Bangor Lodge, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹
