     Sir Hubert Swinburne, 8th Bt. was born in 1867. He was the son of Sir John Swinburne, 7th Bt. He married Alice Pauline Clayton, daughter of Nathaniel George Clayton and Isabel Ogle. He died in 1914.
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Swinburne, of Capheaton, Northumberland [E., 1660].

     Sir John Swinburne, 7th Bt. is the son of Edward Swinburne.
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Swinburne, of Capheaton, Northumberland [E., 1660] on 26 September 1860.

     Edward Swinburne is the son of Sir John Edward Swinburne, 6th Bt.
