     Major Rupert Eric Hubert Samuelson was born on 18 October 1899.¹ He was the son of Sir Herbert Walter Samuelson and Sybil Charlotte Eleanor Harbord.¹ He married Eileena Jane Reece-Jones, daughter of Arthur Reece-Jones, on 19 November 1930.¹ He died in March 1993 at age 93.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Coldstream Guards.¹

     Eileena Jane Reece-Jones is the daughter of Arthur Reece-Jones.¹ She married Major Rupert Eric Hubert Samuelson, son of Sir Herbert Walter Samuelson and Sybil Charlotte Eleanor Harbord, on 19 November 1930.² She died in 1998.²

     Andrew Charles Cecil Ridgway is the son of George E. Ridgway.¹ He married Doriel Sybil Samuelson, daughter of Major Rupert Eric Hubert Samuelson and Eileena Jane Reece-Jones, on 29 April 1955.² He and Doriel Sybil Samuelson were divorced in 1972.²

     Aldwin David James Hall married Doriel Sybil Samuelson, daughter of Major Rupert Eric Hubert Samuelson and Eileena Jane Reece-Jones, in 1972.¹ He and Doriel Sybil Samuelson were divorced in 1981.¹

     Peter Eric Ridgway was born on 16 October 1958.¹ He is the son of Andrew Charles Cecil Ridgway and Doriel Sybil Samuelson.¹

     Philippa Margaret Samuelson was born on 23 October 1934.¹ She is the daughter of Major Rupert Eric Hubert Samuelson and Eileena Jane Reece-Jones.² She died in February 2000 at age 65.¹
