     Lionel Reginald Walker was born on 9 November 1898.¹ He was the son of Reverend Reginald Edmund Walker and Lady Emily Mary Seymour.² He died on 11 August 1917 at age 18, killed in an air crash.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 88th Victoria Fusiliers.¹ He gained the rank of Cadet in the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Elizabeth Balfour is the daughter of Arthur Balfour and Janet Paterson.¹

     Charles Wentworth Gage was born on 28 February 1832.¹ He was the son of Reverend Thomas Wentworth Gage and Lady Mary Elizabeth Douglas.¹ He married Georgina Toker, daughter of C. Toker, in June 1862.¹ He died on 17 May 1868 at age 36.¹

     Georgina Toker is the daughter of C. Toker.¹ She married Charles Wentworth Gage, son of Reverend Thomas Wentworth Gage and Lady Mary Elizabeth Douglas, in June 1862.¹
     Her married name became Gage.

     Charles Wentworth Gage was born posthumously on 1 June 1868.¹ He was the son of Charles Wentworth Gage and Georgina Toker.¹

     Mary Clarissa Gage was born circa 1867. She was the daughter of Charles Wentworth Gage and Georgina Toker.¹

     Barbara Balfour is the daughter of Arthur Balfour and Janet Paterson.¹

     Hon. Phyllis Margaret Russell was born on 3 June 1900.¹ She was the daughter of Arthur Oliver Villiers Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill and Lady Margaret Lygon.¹ She married William George Preston Thorold, son of Commander Hubert Gould William Thorold and Lora Marsh Karslake, on 4 April 1940.² She died circa 24 May 1998.³
     She was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.) in 1909.¹ She fought in the Second World War, in the British Red Cross Society, where she was mentioned in despatches.¹ Her married name became Thorold. Her marriage to William George Preston Thorold was annulled in 1942.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.¹ She held the office of Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Princess Royal between 1963 and 1965.¹ She held the office of Extra Lady-in-Waiting in 1965.¹ She lived in 1998 at 55 Ebury Mews, London, England^G.¹

     William George Preston Thorold was born on 25 September 1892.² He was the son of Commander Hubert Gould William Thorold and Lora Marsh Karslake.³ He married Hon. Phyllis Margaret Russell, daughter of Arthur Oliver Villiers Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill and Lady Margaret Lygon, on 4 April 1940.² He died on 23 April 1943 at age 50, without issue.²
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.² He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He gained the rank of Captain in the Berkshire Yeomanry.² He was Deputy Chief Engineer, Metropolitan Water Board.² He was registered as a Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.)² His marriage to Hon. Phyllis Margaret Russell was annulled in 1942.¹
