     Colonel James Alexander Charles Pennycuick was born on 9 June 1890.² He was the son of Charles Edward Ducat Pennycuick.¹ He married Marjory Florence Rhoda Leigh Hare, daughter of Sir George Ralph Leigh Hare, 3rd Bt. and Lady Florence Mary Constance Marsham, on 14 April 1923 at St. Mary's, Gressenhall, Norfolk, England.^1,2 He died on 21 February 1966 at age 75.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Charles Edward Ducat Pennycuick was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was in the Ceylon Civil Service.¹

Reginald George Chetwynd-Talbot was born on 25 January 1881.² He was the son of Gustavus Arthur Chetwynd-Talbot and Susan Frances Elwes.² He married Mary Helen Charlotte Hepburne-Scott, daughter of Hon. Henry Robert Hepburne-Scott and Lady Ada Home, on 11 November 1909.² He died on 11 September 1939 at age 58.²

Camilla Margaret Keith, daughter of Kenneth Alexander Keith, Baron Keith of Castleacre and Hon. Ariel Olivia Winifred Baird, in 1968.² He and Hon. Camilla Margaret Keith were divorced in 1972.¹

     Nancy Rose Straker-Smith was born circa 1924.² She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Dalrymple Straker-Smith and Edith Helen Straker.^1,2 She married Hon. Edward Charles Douglas-Home, son of Charles Cospatrick Archibald Douglas-Home, 13th Earl of Home and Lady Lillian Lambton, on 24 July 1946.¹ She died on 19 April 2005.²
     She gained the rank of 3rd Officer in the Women's Royal Naval Service.¹ Her married name became Douglas-Home.

     Sir Thomas Dalrymple Straker-Smith is the son of William Henry Smith.² He married Edith Helen Straker, daughter of Joseph Henry Straker and Charlotte Maria Turner.³
     He lived at Carham Hall, Cornhill-on-Tweed, Northumberland, England^G.¹ He was given the name of Thomas Dalrymple Smith at birth.⁴ He graduated from Canterbury University College, Christchurch, New Zealand^G, in 1913 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)² On 9 October 1920 his name was legally changed to Thomas Dalrymple Straker-Smith by Deed Poll.⁵ He held the office of High Sheriff of Northumberland between 1938 and 1939.²
