     Lt.-Col. Charles Samuel Madden was born in 1915.³ He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Clements Waterhouse Madden and Agnes Mary Tate.⁴ He married Hilda Florence Harriett Lewis-Crosby, daughter of Very Rev. Ernest Henry Lewis-Crosby and Hilda Darley.⁵ He died in 1993.³

     From circa 1575, her married name became Carruthers.¹

     Victoria M. Waldron was born circa 1951.² She was the daughter of Frank Waldron.¹ She married Hon. Richard Oakley Pleydell-Bouverie, son of William Pleydell-Bouverie, 7th Earl of Radnor and Anne Isobel Graham Oakley, on 11 February 1978.¹ She died on 22 November 2019.²
     From 11 February 1978, her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.¹
