     Alboin (?) was born circa 530.1 He was the son of Audoin (?) and Rodelinde von Thüringen.1 He married Chlotswinde (?), daughter of Chlothar I von Neustrien, in a Y marriage.1 He married Rosalinte von Gepidate, daughter of Kunimund von Gepidate, in 566.1 He died on 28 June 572.1
     He was 11. König der Langobarden 560 - 572.1 Er wurde ermordet. Ging 528 nach Italien. 567 Krieg mit den Awaren gegen die Gepiden und gewann. Die Gepiden wurden unterjocht. mit den Sachsen und weiteren im April 568 von Pannonien nach Oberitalien in das Herhzogtum Friaul. Einzug in MailandSept. 569, Pavia wurde 3 Jahre belageert und ergab sich 572. Italien wurde nicht geplündert sondern besiedelt. Herzogtum Spoleto und Benevent wurde aufgebaut. Er wurde von Helmechis in dessen Palast und seiner geraubten FRau Roamunde 572 ermordet.1
