     Eduard Howe Graf von Kielmannsegg was born on 15 February 1804. He was the son of Ludwig Graf von Kielmannsegg and Friedrike Eleonore Juliane Gräfin von Wallmoden. He married Juliane von Zesterfleth on 4 September 1832 at Medingen, Germany.2 He died on 6 March 1879 at age 75 at Blumenau, GermanyG.
     He held the office of Minister of State [Hanover].1
