Sir Cecil Wray, 13th Bt. was born on 3 September 1734.1 He was the son of Sir John Wray, 12th Bt. and Frances Norcliffe.1 He married Esther Summers.1 He died on 10 January 1805 at age 70 at Fillingham Castle, Fillingham, Lincolnshire, England, without issue.1
He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Wray. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Retford between 1768 and 1780.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Westminster between 1782 and 1784.1
