     Agnes de Windsor was born circa 1413 at Stanwell, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Richard de Windsor and Christian Falconer.¹ She married Sir Richard Fortescue, son of Sir John Fortescu and Eleanor Norreis.¹
     Her married name became Fortescue.¹

     Sir John Fortescue was born in 1434 at Bicking, Norfolk, England.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Fortescue and Agnes de Windsor.¹ He married Elizabeth Boleyn, daughter of Sir Geoffrey Boleyn and Ann Hoo, circa 1488.¹ He died on 28 July 1500.¹

     Elizabeth Boleyn is the daughter of Sir Geoffrey Boleyn and Ann Hoo.¹ She married Sir John Fortescue, son of Sir Richard Fortescue and Agnes de Windsor, circa 1488.¹
     She was also known as Alice Boleyn.¹ From circa 1488, her married name became Fortescue.¹

     Pieter van Vollenhoven was born on 27 November 1897 at Rotterdam, The Netherlands.¹ He was the son of Willem Jan van Vollenhoven and Auguste Philippe Buck.¹ He married Jacoba Gijsbertha Stuyling de Lange on 23 January 1934 at Alkmaar, The Netherlands.¹ He died on 28 October 1977 at age 79 at Epse, The Netherlands.¹
