     Captain Duke Arthur Crofton was born on 18 December 1850.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Richard Henry Crofton and Frances Mary Marsh.1 He married Augusta Maude Lefroy, daughter of General Sir John Henry Lefroy and Emily Merry Robinson, on 13 November 1883.1 He died on 25 December 1918 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Leitrim.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Leitrim in 1906.1 He lived at Lakefield, County Leitrim, Ireland.1

Richard Henry Crofton and Frances Mary Marsh.1 He married Helen Rose Anne Milman, daughter of Sir William Milman, 3rd Bt. and Matilda Frances Pretyman, on 9 April 1890.1 He died on 22 September 1947 at age 90.1
     He lived at Tilford, Surrey, England.2 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Artillery.1

     From 13 November 1883, her married name became Crofton.1

     He gained the rank of CAptain in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.1 He fought in the Gallipoli Campaign.1

     He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1941.1 He lived at Lakefield, County Leitrim, Ireland.1
