     Captain Antony Edward Montague Raynsford was born in 1914.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Richard Montagu Raynsford.2 He married Hon. Joan Rosemary Raynsford Wakefield, daughter of William Wavell Wakefield, 1st Baron Wakefield of Kendal and Rowena Doris Lewis, on 18 March 1944.2 He died in 1993.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1
