     Sir Colin Keith Dick-Cunyngham, 9th/11th Bt. was born on 3 March 1908.¹ He was the son of Robert Henry Dick-Cunyngham and Beatrice Eleanor Lousada.¹ He died in October 1941 at age 33, from wounds received in action, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Dick, of Prestonfield, co. Midlothian [S., 1707] on 25 March 1922.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Cuninghame, of Caprington, co. Ayr [N.S., 1669] on 25 March 1922. He gained the rank of Captain in the Black Watch.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Commander, 4th Division in 1935.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham was born on 28 March 1877.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Keith Alexander Dick-Cunyngham, 7th/9th Bt. and Sarah Mary Hetherington.¹ He married Alice Daisy Deane, daughter of Colonel Sir Harold Arthur Deane, on 28 March 1905.¹ He died on 6 November 1935 at age 58.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches.¹ He was Brigade Commander in 1918.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the Gordon Highlanders.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was commissioned between 1928 and 1932 at Poona, India, with the rank of Brigadier-General, in the service of the Staff Southern Command.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-CAmp to HM King George V between 1930 and 1932.¹

     Alice Daisy Deane was the daughter of Colonel Sir Harold Arthur Deane.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham, son of Sir Robert Keith Alexander Dick-Cunyngham, 7th/9th Bt. and Sarah Mary Hetherington, on 28 March 1905.¹ She died on 8 April 1963.¹
     From 28 March 1905, her married name became Dick-Cunyngham.¹

     Betty Dick-Cunyngham was born on 11 October 1907.¹ She is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham and Alice Daisy Deane.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Thomas William Robert Hill, son of James Hill, on 27 July 1926.¹ She and Captain Thomas William Robert Hill were divorced in 1936.¹ She married, secondly, Captain Arthur Rodney Erskine Pollard, son of Maj.-Gen. James Hawkins-Whitshed Pollard, on 4 November 1936.¹ She married, thirdly, Nicholas Jan Kowski.¹
     Her married name became Kowski.¹ From 27 July 1926, her married name became Hill.¹ From 4 November 1936, her married name became Pollard.¹

     Captain Thomas William Robert Hill is the son of James Hill.¹ He married Betty Dick-Cunyngham, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham and Alice Daisy Deane, on 27 July 1926.¹ He and Betty Dick-Cunyngham were divorced in 1936.¹
     He was Captain.²

     James Hill lived at Lambourne House, Bagshot, Surrey, England.¹

     Captain Arthur Rodney Erskine Pollard is the son of Maj.-Gen. James Hawkins-Whitshed Pollard.¹ He married Betty Dick-Cunyngham, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham and Alice Daisy Deane, on 4 November 1936.¹
     He was appointed Captain Corps of Guide, Frontier Force.¹

     Maj.-Gen. James Hawkins-Whitshed Pollard is the son of Rear-Admiral Edwin John Pollard and Renira Hawkins-Whitshed.
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Nicholas Jan Kowski married Betty Dick-Cunyngham, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham and Alice Daisy Deane.¹

     Janet Dick-Cunyngham was born on 21 July 1917.¹ She is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Keith Dick-Cunyngham and Alice Daisy Deane.¹ She married Captain Roderick Francis Oliver, son of W/Cdr. Douglas Austin Oliver and Sheila Laura Mary Grant-Suttie, on 6 June 1940.¹ She and Captain Roderick Francis Oliver were divorced in 1961.¹
     From 6 June 1940, her married name became Oliver.¹
