Adelheid von Tecklenburg was the daughter of Otto VII Graf von Tecklenburg and Ermengard von Hoya. She married Gerhard VI Oldenburg, Count of Oldenburg, son of Dietrich Oldenburg, Count of Oldenburg and Hedwig Herzogin von Schleswig-Holstein, circa May 1453. She died on 2 March 1477.

Otto VII Graf von Tecklenburg was born circa 1400.1 He was the son of Nicholas II Graf von Tecklenburg.1 He married Ermengard von Hoya, daughter of Erich I Graf von Hoya and Helen von Braunschweig.1 He died in 1450.1
