     William Mayer Latham is the son of John Latham and Mary Mayer.¹

     Sarah Mayer Latham was born on 28 December 1784.¹ She was the daughter of John Latham and Mary Mayer.¹ She married George Ormerod, son of George Ormerod and Elizabeth Johnson, on 2 August 1808.¹ She died on 11 April 1860 at age 75.¹
     From 2 August 1808, her married name became Ormerod.¹

     George Ormerod was born on 20 October 1785 at Tydesley, Lancashire, England.¹ He was the son of George Ormerod and Elizabeth Johnson.³ He married Sarah Mayer Latham, daughter of John Latham and Mary Mayer, on 2 August 1808.¹ He died on 9 October 1873 at age 87.¹
     He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.⁴ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.) on 16 February 1809.³ He wrote the book The History of the County Palatinate and City of Chester, published 1819.³ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) on 25 February 1819.³

     Frances Ormerod was the daughter of George Ormerod and Sarah Mayer Latham.¹ She died in 1829, without issue.¹

     John Mayer Latham was born on 18 March 1787 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was the son of John Latham and Mary Mayer.¹ He married Elizabeth Ann Dampier on 24 May 1821.¹ He died on 30 January 1853 at age 65 at Bradwell, Sandbach, Cheshire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Ann Dampier was born on 9 September 1796 at West Mill, Hertfordshire, England.¹ She married John Mayer Latham, son of John Latham and Mary Mayer, on 24 May 1821.¹ She died on 31 May 1839 at age 42 at Bradwell, Sandbach, Cheshire, England.¹
     From 24 May 1821, her married name became Latham.¹

     Thomas Latham is the son of John Mayer Latham and Elizabeth Ann Dampier.¹

     Elizabeth Latham is the daughter of John Mayer Latham and Elizabeth Ann Dampier.¹

     Jane Latham was the daughter of John Mayer Latham and Elizabeth Ann Dampier.¹ She died, in infancy.¹

     John Henry Latham was born on 14 February 1823.¹ He was the son of John Mayer Latham and Elizabeth Ann Dampier.¹ He died on 7 April 1843 at age 20.¹
