     Sir Frederick Bernard Bolton was born on 9 March 1921.¹ He was the son of Louis Hamilton Bolton.² He married, firstly, Valerie Margaret Barwick, daughter of George Short Barwick and Marianne Marshall, on 19 April 1950.² He married, secondly, Vanessa Mary Anne Robarts, daughter of Anthony Vere Cyprian Robarts and Grizel Mary Grant, in 1971.¹ He died on 27 July 2005 at age 84.¹
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was chairman of the Bolton Group between 1953 and 1991.¹ He lived in 1970 at Barton House, Blakesley, Northamptonshire, England.² He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1976.¹

     Vanessa Mary Anne Robarts is the daughter of Anthony Vere Cyprian Robarts and Grizel Mary Grant.² She married Sir Frederick Bernard Bolton, son of Louis Hamilton Bolton, in 1971.¹
     From 1971, her married name became Bolton.¹

     Pamela Elaine Haward was born circa 1930.¹ She married Sir David Bower Mitchell, son of James Mitchell and Mona Bower, in 1954.¹ She and Sir David Bower Mitchell were divorced in 1990.² She died on 5 August 2005.¹
