     Captain David Cecil Patrick Hastings was the son of Sir Patrick Gardiner Hastings and Mary Ellenore Grundy.^2,3 He married Marie Jean Wrey, daughter of Commander Edward Charles Wrey and Grace Elsie Rimer, on 16 May 1940.¹ He died on 29 March 1943 at Burma, on active service.¹

     Judith Maryanne Hastings was born on 15 September 1941.¹ She is the daughter of Captain David Cecil Patrick Hastings and Marie Jean Wrey.² She married Colin Etienne Boileau Shearme Dickinson, son of Lt.-Col. Richard Ridley Boileau Dickinson, on 10 August 1963.¹
     She graduated from Lycée Français de Londres, London, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ She was educated at Wycombe Abbey School, England.¹ From 10 August 1963, her married name became Dickinson. She lived in 2003 at The Old Vicarage, Coaley, Dursley, Gloucestershire, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. Richard Ridley Boileau Dickinson lived at Woodbridge, Suffolk, England.¹
