Susan Britton Proctor was the daughter of Robert Proctor.2 She married Sir George Alfred Wills, 1st Bt., son of Henry Overton Wills and Alice Lomax Hopkinson, on 12 September 1878.1 She died on 20 June 1904.1

Sir George Vernon Proctor Wills, 2nd Bt. was born on 21 March 1887.1 He is the son of Sir George Alfred Wills, 1st Bt. and Susan Britton Proctor.2 He married Nellie Jeannie Rutherford, daughter of John Thomas Rutherford, on 15 November 1919.1 He died on 1 February 1931 at age 43.1
