     Peter Claude Vaudrey-Barker-Mill was born on 28 December 1908 at Bordighera, Italy.2 He was the son of Captain William Claude Frederick Vaudrey-Barker-Mill and Hon. Mary Brenda Nepenthe Collins.2 He married Caroline Scott-Plummer, daughter of Charles Henry Scott-Plummer and Muriel Grace Johnstone-Douglas, in 1952 at Kensington, London, England.1 He died on 5 June 1994 at age 85 at Bristol, England.2

     Emma Louise Williams was born on 5 June 1961.1 She is the daughter of Sir Lawrence Hugh Williams, 9th Bt. and Sara Margaret Helen Platt.2 She married, firstly, Radcliffe Percy Royds in 1988.1 She and Radcliffe Percy Royds were divorced in 1998.1 She married, secondly, Charles Anthony Assheton Harbord-Hamond, 12th Baron Suffield, son of Anthony Philip Harbord-Hamond, 11th Baron Suffield and Elizabeth Eve Edgedale, on 24 April 1999.1
     She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 From 1988, her married name became Royds. From 24 April 1999, her married name became Harbord-Hamond. She lived in 2003 at 4 Lysias Road, London, England.1 After her marriage, Emma Louise Williams was styled as Baroness Suffield on 8 March 2011.
