     Elizabeth Milner was the daughter of William Milner.2 She married William Wiggin, son of Samuel Wiggin and Elizabeth Bratt, on 18 April 1815.1 She died on 19 December 1832.1
     From 18 April 1815, her married name became Wiggin.

     Sir Henry Samuel Wiggin, 1st Bt. was born on 14 February 1824.1 He was the son of William Wiggin and Elizabeth Milner.2 He married Mary Elizabeth Malins, daughter of David Malins, on 11 June 1851.1 He died on 12 November 1905 at age 81.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for East Staffordshire between 1880 and 1885.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Handsworth between 1885 and 1892.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire and Birmingham.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Staffordshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Staffordshire.1 He was created 1st Baronet Wiggin, of Metchley Grange, Harborne, Staffordshire [U.K.] on 17 June 1892.1

Sir Henry Arthur Wiggin, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Henry Arthur Wiggin, 2nd Bt. was born on 3 May 1852.2 He is the son of Sir Henry Samuel Wiggin, 1st Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Malins.2 He married Annie Sarah Cope, daughter of Charles Rogers Cope and Sarah Ann Rickards, on 12 September 1878.2 He died on 2 May 1917 at age 64.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Staffordshire.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Staffordshire.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire in 1896.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wiggin, of Metchley Grange, Harborne, Staffordshire [U.K., 1892] on 12 November 1905.1

     Walter William Wiggin was born on 29 September 1856.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Samuel Wiggin, 1st Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Malins.2 He married Edith Adkins, daughter of George Charles Adkins, on 13 October 1886.1 He died on 4 November 1936 at age 80.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, North Staffordshire Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire and Staffordshire.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Worcestershire Yeomanry.2
