     Felicia Mary Welby was the daughter of Reverend George Earle Welby and Augusta Woodall.² She married Sir George Edward Dallas, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Robert Charles Dallas, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Frances Henrietta Law, on 17 September 1884.¹ She died on 5 November 1940.¹
     From 17 September 1884, her married name became Dallas.
