Maj.-Gen. Thomas Monsell Warren was born on 11 March 1837.1 He was the son of Richard Benson Warren and Eliza Pendleton.2 He married Anne Selous, daughter of Henry Courteny Selous, on 1 October 1885.1 He died on 20 January 1914 at age 76.1
