     James Wardlaw was born in 1787.¹ He was the son of Henry Wardlaw and Jean Gould.² He married, firstly, Margaret Monro, daughter of John Monro, in 1821.¹ He married, secondly, Grace Dudgeon, daughter of Peter Dudgeon, in 1833.² He died on 5 March 1867.²

     Margaret Monro was the daughter of John Monro.² She married James Wardlaw, son of Henry Wardlaw and Jean Gould, in 1821.¹ She died in 1827.¹
     From 1821, her married name became Wardlaw.

     Sir Henry Wardlaw of Pitreavie, 18th Bt. was born on 22 March 1822.² He is the son of James Wardlaw and Margaret Monro.² He married Christina Paton, daughter of James Paton, on 24 July 1845.² He died on 13 April 1897 at age 75.²
     He succeeded as the 18th Baronet Wardlaw, of Pitreavie, Fife [N.S., 1631] on 29 January 1874.¹

     John Wardlaw was born in 1824.¹ He was the son of James Wardlaw and Margaret Monro.² He married Mary Davidson, daughter of Thomas Davidson.¹ He died in 1903.¹
     He lived at Galt, Ontario, Canada.¹ He also had a daughter, died unmarried.¹

     Mary Davidson was the daughter of Thomas Davidson.² She married John Wardlaw, son of James Wardlaw and Margaret Monro.¹ She died in 1907.¹
     Her married name became Wardlaw.

     James Sime Wardlaw was born on 27 August 1851.¹ He was the son of John Wardlaw and Mary Davidson.² He married, firstly, Doreta Lundy, daughter of Dr. unknown Lundy, in 1891.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Helen Ritchie, daughter of John Ritchie, in 1904.¹ He died on 22 February 1935 at age 83.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     Doreta Lundy was the daughter of Dr. unknown Lundy.² She married James Sime Wardlaw, son of John Wardlaw and Mary Davidson, in 1891.¹ She died in 1893.¹
     From 1891, her married name became Wardlaw.
