Sir James Macdonald Tupper, 4th Bt. was born on 22 December 1887.1 He is the son of Hon. Sir Charles Hibbert Tupper and Janet Macdonald.2 He married Agnes Jean Collins on 26 March 1928.1 He died on 23 June 1967 at age 79.1
He was Assistant Commissioner of Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1941.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Tupper, of Armdale, Halifax, Nova Scotia [U.K., 1888] on 19 June 1962.1
