Christopher Henry Boone was born on 20 December 1947.1 He was the son of Major Frederick Edlmann de Bohun Boone and Barbara Mary Otter.2 He married Penelope Mary Leonora Duckworth, daughter of Anthony John Stanhope Duckworth and Audrey Diana Tollenaar, in 1976.3 He died on 6 July 2018 at age 70.4
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Blues and Royals.1
