     Sir Charles Ernest Tritton, 1st Bt. was born on 4 September 1845.¹ He is the son of Joseph Tritton and Amelia Hanson.² He married Edith Green, daughter of Frederick Green, on 30 May 1872.¹ He died on 28 December 1918 at age 73.¹
     Sir Charles Ernest Tritton, 1st Bt. usually went by his middle name of Ernest.¹ He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Lambeth Norwood between 1892 and 1906.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Tritton, of Bloomfield, Lambeth, London [U.K.] on 1 August 1905.¹

     Annette Amelia Tritton was born on 16 January 1847.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Tritton and Amelia Hanson.² She married William Leatham Barclay, son of Joseph Gurney Barclay and Mary Walker Leatham, on 20 June 1872.¹ She died on 6 April 1873 at age 26.¹
     From 20 June 1872, her married name became Barclay.

     William Leatham Barclay was the son of Joseph Gurney Barclay and Mary Walker Leatham.² He married Annette Amelia Tritton, daughter of Joseph Tritton and Amelia Hanson, on 20 June 1872.¹ He died on 6 January 1893.¹

     Jessie Margaret Tritton was born on 16 June 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Tritton and Amelia Hanson.² She died on 11 August 1943 at age 86, unmarried.¹

     Ethel Harriett Tritton was born on 2 September 1859.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Tritton and Amelia Hanson.² She died on 19 May 1885 at age 25, unmarried.¹
