Pembroke [U.K., 1947] on 27 September 1960.¹ He was educated at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, U.S.A.¹ He was awarded the Royal Aero Club Bronze Medal in 1963 for a flight from U.K. to Australia and back in a light aircraft.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of Transport in 1981.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of Foreign and Commonwealth Office between 1981 and 1982.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of DHSS between 1982 and 1983.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of MOD between 1983 and 1985.¹ He held the office of Minister of State, MOD between 1985 and 1989.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1989.¹ He held the office of Minister of State, DTI between 1989 and 1990.³ He was director of Siebe plc in 1991.¹ He held the office of Elected Member, House of Lords in 1999.¹ He lived in 2003 at The Old Barn, Kettlewell Close, Horsell, Surrey, England.¹

     Hon. George Garro Trefgarne was born on 4 January 1970.¹ He is the son of David Garro Trefgarne, 2nd Baron Trefgarne and Hon. Rosalie Lane.² He married Camilla Mary D'Arcy-Irvine, daughter of Major Anthony D'Arcy-Irvine and unknown Gilmour.³
