Jeltje de Boer was born in 1924 at Friesland, The Netherlands. She was the daughter of Scholte de Boer.2 She married Henry Mounteney Stracey, son of Lt.-Col. Ernest Henry Denne Stracey and Faith Dorothy Beatrice Mounteney Popham, in 1961.1 She died in January 2016.3
