Barbara Elizabeth Robertson was the daughter of Captain James Balfour Robertson.2 She married Hardinge Robert Stracey, son of Sir Josias Henry Stracey, 4th Bt. and Diana Scott, on 29 August 1839.1 She died on 11 May 1910.1

Lt.-Col. Hardinge Richard Stracey was born on 21 August 1840.1 He was the son of Hardinge Robert Stracey and Barbara Elizabeth Robertson.2 He married Mary H. Montrésor, daughter of Admiral Frederick Byng Montrésor and Emily Maria Delafield, on 21 December 1883.1 He died on 2 March 1924 at age 83.1
