     Reverend George William Milner Mordaunt Sturt is the son of Humphrey Sturt and Mary Pitfield.²

     Mary Diana Sturt was the daughter of Reverend George William Milner Mordaunt Sturt.² She married Sir Timothy Vansittart Stonhouse, 10th/13th Bt., son of John Stonhouse and Sarah Stephens, in 1825.¹ She died on 31 December 1873.¹
     From 1825, her married name became Stonhouse.

     Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt. was born on 6 May 1827.¹ He was the son of Sir Timothy Vansittart Stonhouse, 10th/13th Bt. and Mary Diana Sturt.² He married Charlotte West, daughter of John Beatty West, on 18 June 1851.¹ He died on 13 November 1884 at age 57.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 74th Highlanders.¹ He gained the rank of Officer between 1848 and 1854 in the 94th Regiment.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Madras between 1850 and 1855.¹ He gained the rank of Officer in the a Black Regiment in Charleston, South Carolina.¹ He fought in the American Civil War.¹ In 1866 he was jailed for defrauding a black of his pension.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Stonhouse [E., 1670] on 30 January 1866.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Stonhouse, of Radley, Berkshire [E., 1628] on 30 January 1866.¹ He was a magistrate and teacher in a black school at St. Stephen's, Berkley County, South Carolina, U.S.A.¹ He was a clerk, bookkeeper and postmaster until dismissed for inattention to duty at Trial, Berkley County, South Carolina, U.S.A.¹

     Ann Popham is the daughter of Edward Popham.¹ She married William Leyborne Leyborne in 1763 at Wiltshire, England.¹
     From 1763, her married name became Leyborne.¹

     Charlotte West was the daughter of John Beatty West.² She married Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt., son of Sir Timothy Vansittart Stonhouse, 10th/13th Bt. and Mary Diana Sturt, on 18 June 1851.¹ She died on 21 August 1857.¹
     From 18 June 1851, her married name became Stonhouse.

     Vansittart Henry Pottinger Stonhouse was born on 6 May 1852.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt. and Charlotte West.² He died in February 1853.¹

     Reginald Charles Dowdeswell Stonhouse was born on 9 July 1853.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt. and Charlotte West.² He died on 6 May 1882 at age 28, unmarried.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹

     Sir Ernest Hay Stonhouse, 12th/15th Bt. was born on 27 June 1855.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt. and Charlotte West.² He married Louise Catherine Rees, daughter of Ludowick William Rees and Ann Jones, on 4 November 1897.¹ He died on 18 December 1937 at age 82, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Stonhouse [E., 1670] on 13 November 1884.¹ He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Stonhouse, of Radley, Berkshire [E., 1628] on 13 November 1884.¹

     Ludowick William Rees was born on 24 June 1816.² He is the son of David Rees and Catherina Powell.² He married Ann Jones on 11 May 1852.² He died on 25 May 1885 at age 68.²
     He lived at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.²

     Louise Catherine Rees was the daughter of Ludowick William Rees and Ann Jones.^2,3 She married Sir Ernest Hay Stonhouse, 12th/15th Bt., son of Sir Henry Stonhouse, 11th/14th Bt. and Charlotte West, on 4 November 1897.¹ She died on 30 June 1930.¹
     From 4 November 1897, her married name became Stonhouse.
