Sir William Skipwith, 6th Bt. was born in 1707.1 He is the son of Sir William Skipwith, 4th Bt. and Sarah Peyton.2 He married Elizabeth Smith, daughter of John Smith and Mary Warner, in 1733.1 He died on 25 February 1764.1
He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Skipwith, of Prestwould, co. Leicester [E., 1622] in 1740.1 He lived at Greencroft Plantation, Blandford, Virginia, U.S.A.1
