     Charlotte Henrietta Mansfield was born on 28 May 1819 at London, England.² She was the daughter of John Edward Mansfield and Mary Buchanan Smith.³ She married Vincent Gildemeester Baron van Tuyll van Serooskerken, son of Karel Lodewijk Baron van Tuyll van Serooskerken Heer van Ijzendoorn and Maria Louise Gildemeester, on 8 August 1844 at London, England.^1,2 She died on 9 February 1869 at age 49 at The Hague, The Netherlands.^1,2
