Mary Harcourt Manby was the daughter of Rear-Admiral unknown Manby.2 She married Sir Cavendish Stuart Rumbold, 4th Bt., son of Sir William Rumbold, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Henrietta Elizabeth Parkyns, in 1836.1 She died in 1850, without issue.1

Sir Arthur Carlos Henry Rumbold, 5th Bt. was born on 25 September 1820.1 He was the son of Sir William Rumbold, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Henrietta Elizabeth Parkyns.2 He married, firstly, Antoinette de Kerven, daughter of Commandant Antoine de Kerven, in January 1846.1 He married, secondly, Helen Eliza Hopewell, daughter of Edward Hopewell, on 18 August 1868.1 He died on 12 June 1869 at age 48.1
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Rumbold, of Woodhall, Watton, Hertford [G.B., 1779] on 27 March 1853.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 70th Regiment.1 He fought in the Crimean War.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Imperial Ottoman Army.1 He held the office of President and Member, Executive Council [Nevis] between 1857 and 1863.1 He held the office of President and Member, Executive Council [Virgin Islands] between 1865 and 1869.1
