Mary Alice Riddell was the daughter of Colonel Henry Vansittart Riddell and Alice Anne Attwood.2 She married, firstly, Captain John Hawley Burke, son of Reverend Michael Burke, on 17 February 1885.1 She married, secondly, John Burke in 1890.1 She died on 18 April 1951.1
