     From 14 March 1947, her married name became Radcliffe.¹

     David Edward Joseph Radcliffe was born on 1 May 1922.¹ He was the son of Sir Everard Joseph Radcliffe, 5th Bt. and Marguerite Magdalen Ashton Case.² He married Rita Dorcas Bourne, daughter of Major Thomas Johnson, on 5 April 1946.¹ He died circa 1980.¹
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Irish Guards.¹

     Major Thomas Johnson lived at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.¹

     Rita Dorcas Bourne was the daughter of Major Thomas Johnson.² She married David Edward Joseph Radcliffe, son of Sir Everard Joseph Radcliffe, 5th Bt. and Marguerite Magdalen Ashton Case, on 5 April 1946.¹ She died on 5 July 2001.¹
     From 5 April 1946, her married name became Radcliffe.¹
