Sir Francis Davidson Outram, 4th Bt. was born on 4 August 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Boyd Outram, 2nd Bt. and Jane Anne Davidson.2 He married, firstly, Maud Charlotte Kitchin, daughter of James Pope Kitchin, on 18 January 1893.1 He married, secondly, Isabel Mary Berry, daughter of Henry Charles Berry, on 11 May 1915.1 He died on 30 June 1945 at age 77, without male issue.1
He gained the rank of Captain and Brevet Major in the Royal Engineers.1 He gained the rank of Staff Captain between 1914 and 1917 in the War Office.1 He was Deputy Assistant Director of Fortifcation and Works between 1917 and 1919.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Outram, of Bengal, India [U.K., 1858] on 12 March 1925.1

Maud Charlotte Kitchin was the daughter of James Pope Kitchin.2 She married Sir Francis Davidson Outram, 4th Bt., son of Sir Francis Boyd Outram, 2nd Bt. and Jane Anne Davidson, on 18 January 1893.1 She died on 3 February 1913.1

Reverend Arthur Outram was born on 27 September 1871.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Boyd Outram, 2nd Bt. and Jane Anne Davidson.2 He married Gertrude Ellen Withers, daughter of Henry P. Withers, on 27 September 1899.1 He died on 18 March 1937 at age 65.1

James Ian Outram was born on 26 January 1902.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Outram and Gertrude Ellen Withers.2 He married Evelyn Mary Littlehales, daughter of Reverend Charles Gough Littlehales and Anna Sophia Mary Snell, on 28 December 1932.1 He died on 29 July 1937 at age 35.1
