Terencio O'Neill was the son of Aedh 'Buie' O'Neill and Catherine Magennis.2 He died on 16 August 1748, killed by Algerian corsairs boarding his troopship.1
He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Regiment of Hibernia in Spanish service.1 In 1743 he coveried the retreat at Camposanto but losing half his battalion in casualties.1 He fought in the Battle of Velletri in 1744.1 He fought in the War of Austrian Succession, in Italy.1

Catalina O'Neill is the daughter of Aedh 'Buie' O'Neill and Catherine Magennis.2 She married Enrique O'Neill, son of Phelim O'Neill.1

Felix O'Neill was the son of Enrique O'Neill and Catalina O'Neill.2 He married Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento, daughter of Don Francisco Varcia Sarmiento, in 1755.1 He died in 1796.1

Doña Jacoba Varcia Sarmiento is the daughter of Don Francisco Varcia Sarmiento.2 She married Felix O'Neill, son of Enrique O'Neill and Catalina O'Neill, in 1755.1
