Warwick [U.K., 1946] on 30 November 1963.¹ He was managing director of Neilson McCarthy between 1972 and 1976.¹ He was chairman and director of the British Greyhound Racing Board between 1985 and 1997.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Greater London in 1988.¹ He lived in 2003 at Wotton Underwood, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England.¹

     Susan Rosemary Joly was born on 6 August 1957.¹ She was the daughter of John Leonard Joly and Hon. Diana Olive Newall.² She died in 1973.¹
