Richard Ingram, 5th Viscount Irvine was born on 6 January 1688.1 He was the son of unknown Ingram.1 He married Lady Anne Howard, daughter of Charles Howard, 3rd Earl of Carlisle and Lady Anne de Vere Capell, in 1717.1 He died on 10 April 1721 at age 33, from smallpox.1
