     Sir Sidney Hutchinson Byass, 1st Bt. was born on 24 July 1862 at Wray Park, Reigate, Surrey, England.² He was the son of Robert Nicholl Byass and Mary Hutchinson.³ He married Eveline Stratton, daughter of John Locke Stratton and Mary Willes, on 6 January 1891 at St. Mary's, Turweston, Buckinghamshire, England.² He died on 18 February 1929 at age 66.²
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Glamorgan.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Glamorgan.³ He held the office of High SHeriff of Glamorgan in 1923.³ He was created 1st Baronet Byass, of Port Talbot, co. Glamorgan [U.K.] on 30 January 1926.³

     Constance Mary Harrison was born in 1867 at Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Haydon Harrison and Anna Maria Meyer.¹
