     Frances Cockburn Sims is the daughter of Charles James Sims and Frances Cockburn.1 She married George Arthur Annesley, Viscount Valentia, son of George Annesley, 2nd Earl of Mountnorris and Hon. Anne Courtenay, on 21 October 1837.2 She died on 27 January 1856.2
     From 21 October 1837, her married name became Annesley.2

     George Arthur Annesley, Viscount Valentia was born on 20 October 1793.1 He was the son of George Annesley, 2nd Earl of Mountnorris and Hon. Anne Courtenay.1 He married Frances Cockburn Sims, daughter of Charles James Sims and Frances Cockburn, on 21 October 1837.1 He died on 16 March 1841 at age 47, without issue.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for County Wexford between 1830 and 1831.1

Sir George Cockburn of Langton, 10th Bt., son of Sir James Cockburn of Langton, 8th Bt. and Augusta Anne Ayscough, on 28 November 1809.1 She died on 20 January 1859 at Highbeech, Essex, England.2,3 She was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, London, EnglandG.3
