Frederick Eden Elliot was born on 9 October 1837.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir Charles Elliot and Clara Genevieve Windsor.1 He married Marcia Cordelia Ouseley, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Ouseley, on 20 August 1861.1 He died on 30 May 1916 at age 78.1

Major Hugh Elliot was born on 22 October 1863.1 He was the son of Frederick Eden Elliot and Marcia Cordelia Ouseley.1 He married Alicia Lucy Robinson, daughter of Reverend William Percy Robinson and Elizabeth Carew Gray, in 1888.1 He died on 26 July 1915 at age 51, killed in action.1
