Charles Colin Campbell was born in 1762.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Lane.1 He married, firstly, Harriet Fraser, daughter of General Charles Fraser, 9th of Ardochy and Isabella Hook.2 He married, thirdly, Mary Harriet Andrews.2 He and Harriet Fraser were divorced circa 1790.2 He died in 1822.1
