     Lt.-Col. Edward North Buxton was born on 7 February 1894.¹ He was the son of Gerald Buxton and Lucy Ethel Pease.² He married, firstly, Hon. Sibyl O'Neill, daughter of Captain Hon.      Hon. Sibyl O'Neill was born on 15 December 1902.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Hon. Arthur Edward Bruce O'Neill and Lady Annabel Hungerford Crewe-Milnes.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Edward North Buxton, son of Gerald Buxton and Lucy Ethel Pease, on 6 June 1924.² She died on 26 July 1946 at age 43.¹
     Her married name became Buxton. On 6 December 1929 she was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.¹ She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)²

     Edward Spencer Watson was born on 24 May 1843.¹ He was the son of Hon. Richard Watson and Lavinia Jane Quin.¹ He married Mary Blanche Hall, daughter of George Hall and Mary Isabella Tibbits, on 28 September 1871.¹ He died on 28 January 1889 at age 45.¹

     Janet Mary Watson Cheyne usually went by her middle name of Mary.¹ From 18 December 1956, her married name became Cochrane. After her marriage, Janet Mary Watson Cheyne was styled as Baroness Cochrane of Cults in 1990. She lived in 2003 at Cults, Cupar, Fife, Scotland^G.¹

     William Hunter Watson Cheyne was born on 26 June 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir William Watson Cheyne of Leagarth, 1st Bt. and Mary Emma Servanté.² He married Grizel Bayley, daughter of Isaac Fenton Bayley, on 15 December 1923.¹ He died on 19 April 1957 at age 67.¹
