Anne de Maumont, Comtesse de Beaumont-le-Roger was the daughter of Guy de Maumont, Seigneur de St. Quentin and Jeanne d'Alençon, Comtesse de Beaumont-le-Roger.1 She married Bernard Stuart, 4th Seigneur d'Aubigny, son of Sir John Stuart, 3rd Seigneur d'Aubigny and Beatrix d'Apchier, after 1487.1 She married, secondly, Aubert des Ages in 1510.1
She gained the title of Comtesse de Beaumont-le-Roger. Her married name became Stuart.

Sir Robert Stuart, 5th Seigneur d'Aubigny was born circa 1470.2 He was the son of John Stuart, 1st Earl of Lennox and Margaret Montgomerie.1,3 He married, firstly, Anne Stuart, Comtesse de Beaumont-le-Roger, daughter of Bernard Stuart, 4th Seigneur d'Aubigny and Anne de Maumont, Comtesse de Beaumont-le-Roger, circa 1499.1 He married, secondly, Jacqueline de la Queuille, daughter of François de la Queuille, Seigneur de la Queuille and Marguerite de Castelnau, after 1527.1 He died in 1543, without issue.1
